A Decision Case is a full decision cycle: a business question, research, recommendations, the decision made, and the outcome plus the knowledge it produced. Free includes three Decision Cases per month; paid plans have no limit.

Only new Decision Cases count toward the limit. The Library, Company Memory, and previously created cases remain available without restriction.

Yes. All Decision Cases, Company Memory, and accumulated knowledge are kept. Limits are lifted automatically once you move to a paid plan.

Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. All Decision Cases and Company Memory you've created are kept.

We don't want subscription cost to affect the quality of decisions being made. Once on Pro, your team can create as many Decision Cases as needed, focusing on the work instead of counting against a limit.
